The Story

Perfect Pour began as a conversation between myself and my father, Dan. I grew up in a household quite friendly to whiskey and spirits of any and all sorts. By the time I was 18, I was already making cocktails that, 5 years later, my coworkers have never heard of - my love for the pageantry and creativity of cocktailing had been firmly cemented by the Lambchop Tavern (the name of my dad's at-home bar).

However, a taste for the hard stuff isn't the only thing my dad gave me; he also presented to me an idea for a business. A business which would revolutionize and disrupt the market for barware. And thus, over an old fashioned, he and I considered myriad products which I could set out to create. He settled on 3D printing rollover jiggers out of graphite. Flash forward 5 years, and the first prototype for the "Daniel Rollover" was created. Stainless steel, 2 oz capacity, and enough longevity to outlast the existence of Perfect Pour itself.

Here at Perfect Pour, I am incredibly excited at the beginning of this journey from nothing to something. The Daniel Rollover will always have a special place in my heart, and I hope a special place in your bar kit.
